Class descriptions~
Level
1 classes offer a gentle vinyasa (flow) practice focusing on the basics of yoga. This class typically includes flowing
sequences, poses, breathing techniques, chanting, meditation, philosophy and deep relaxation. Level 1 is perfect for the brand
new beginner, as well as those with experience who desire a gentler flow and review of the basics.
Level 1-2 classes offer a more energetic
vinyasa practice with attention to the basics. Options are offered for those with experience who wish to go deeper with their
practice. This class is appropriate for the beginner to intermediate practitioner.
Level
2-3 offers an intermediate to advanced physical class which has a more invigorating pace and more challenging sequences
and asanas. Classes may include arm balances and inversions. Appropriate for those students with experience in at least ten
Level 1-2 classes.
Gentle Yoga provides a conscientious approach
to mindful movement and breath, bringing prana to the entire body, creating a lovely yoga practice. This class allows for
working therapeutically with yoga. Appropriate for the beginner and experienced student
cOMmUNITY Meditation
offers a gentle guided meditation for any level practitioner. Experience deep stillness, abiding calm, peace, clarity and
insight.
Private Sessions allow teaching to be individualized to the needs of each student.
The teacher will work to meet the needs and desires of the student in a safe and private atmosphere. Great for working therapeutically
