1- Shower before class. No perfume
or cologne.
2- Do not eat a heavy meal several hours before class. A light snack, such
as yogurt or nuts, is okay.
3- Wear loose or stretchy clothing.

Remove shoes before entering the studio. Practice yoga with bare feet.
5- Let the instructor
know if you have injuries or medical conditions.
6- When the teacher assists you,
she/he may be correcting your alignment to keep you safe, encouraging relaxation, or simply suggesting the direction of the
asana. Let the instructor know if you do not wish to be assisted.
7- It's okay to
come in late, however, be very quiet and respectful. If the class is meditating, wait to unroll your mat and settle in. If
class is full, the teacher can help find a space for you when done with the opening of class. Please settle payment after
class.
8- Silence cell phone (no vibrate).

No conversations during class.
