Jennifer is a former college and professional
basketball player. She has been practicing yoga since 2001, however it was her experiences with Vinyasa Flow that truly sparked
her passion for yoga. In this style she discovered a powerful, yet invigorating practice that began an amazing journey of
self-discovery.
Jennifer sees yoga as a means to cultivate peace and compassion
towards oneself and others, to open our hearts to love, to find self-acceptance and to bring a sense of balance into our lives
both on the yoga mat as well as into our daily lives. Yoga develops strength and flexibility not only in the body, but in
the mind as well.
Jennifer's approach to teaching incorporates precise alignment
along with the creativity and freedom of Vinyasa Flow. Her teaching style incorporates modifications and variations for all
students.
Jennifer has completed over 300 teacher training hours and
is registered with Yoga Alliance. She has completed the Level 1 teacher training with Baron Baptiste and continues to study
with Baron and various other master teachers. Jennifer holds a 100 hour Prenatal Yoga certification.
